Can't Enter Public ID on Login Screen

When I first installed Madden 19 on my PS4, I skipped logging in to my EA Account.  Now, when I'm trying to log in, I don't have an option to enter my public ID.  There is no text box for me to type into.  If I select 'forgot my password', it says that there it's an invalid ID.  If I type in my password, it says I have the incorrect credentials.

I tried uninstalling the game and re-installing - no luck.   I tried deleting my user from the PS4 and re-creating it - no luck.

Anyone else having this problem?
