Can't Connect to Servers [ Edited ]

I updated apex legends on ps4 today they said it was a little patch and when it was done I played one game and then it kicked me out and now it says I cannot connect to ea servers

If you're still having trouble logging in can we try some troubleshooting to see if we can help get you back online?

A good place to start would be with the basic connection troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website. If you're still having any problems connecting after that, check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well.
