Can't Connect to EA Servers

Summarize your bug Can't load into any multiplayer game. Will matchmake for a while, then say "Loading Game", and then give me a "Can't connect to EA Servers. May be your connection/latency". I have checked my latency multiple times and there are no issues. Done everything the troubleshooting guide tells me, even have reinstalled the game.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to load a multiplayer game on my PC. Not quite sure how it can be reproduced, but it's there.
What happens when the bug occurs? I'll get kicked out back to the browser/main menu, with that error message.

-Are you on wireless or wired LAN connection?

-Reset Modem and Router

-Update Network driver & Chipset driver

-Restart computer

-Test 24 player server with the lowest ping available

-Test other games
