Can't Connect To Brother

Hello. Both me and my brother are playing from the same IP, and on PC. We can get in lobbies together but when one of us starts the game, it kicks one of us and says "unable to connect" while the other one loads just fine.

We've tried restarting the game, restarting our PCs, using ethernet and wifi, logging out and in of Origin, and everything in between with no luck.

Any help ? We just want to play together. Thanks.
