Can not acess world of CHEL

My son is trying to connect to World of CHEL with his EA account. After typing public name and password he gets a massage that he can not log in right now. We have internet acess. What is wrong??

If you do have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription and your son is over 13yrs old then contact us as below so we can look into your account, thanks.

There was a slight issue around the time of your post.

Has your son been able to play since?

No, he can not acess his EA account on his xbox (can't for exampel play CHEL or threes online). We have tried numberous of times the last three weeks whitout sucess. We have internet acess. The EA account is working on the computer. The massage he gets tells him that EA is not able to performe requested action right nog.

What to do????
