8 gb ram

Rx 570

Monitor 1440*900

 Can i get playable fps with these specs on multiplayer 64p server ??

I mean with playable : over 30 fps call time

Unfortunately not, the game is rather demanding and i doubt your computer will be able to push everything out thats necessary.
