Can’ clear land

I have saved up simoleons to buy a house but it won’t let me due to the A Lá Mode Table being in the way. It is preventing the land from being cleared. I also can’t store it so what can I do?

@AcePhantom2015 I suggest you to open build mode and place a room on top of the table. In this way the table should go directly into your inventory.
