CTD during briefing before Mission 2

As the player enters the briefing room with the Captain Javes and a Mon Calamari.  As the Mon Calamari speaks the video stutters for just a moment and the the game CTDs with no error code.  I have changed video to low, changed volumetric to low and updated my video drivers in attempts to fix the issue with no luck.
