  • Do you have 2+ consoles active under the same network? (yes/no)
  • Where/when does it crash on you?
  • Have you tried re-initializing the PS4? (yes/no) Steps here
  • Have you tried reinstalling the game?
  • What type of PS4 do you have? (pro, slim, original)
  • What is your NAT type on the PS4?
  • Do you have your PS4 plugged into the wall outlet or a power surge? Does it crash on you when you use a different outlet?
  • Do you have the latest PS4 software update?
  • Do you have an external hard drive plugged into the PS4?
  • How much free space do you have on your PS4?
  • How long have you had the PS4?

Would you be able to provide this information so we can pass it along to the team? It would really help us out. Have you tried any of the previous troubleshooting in the thread? The PlayStation approved solution for that error code is here, however if that doesn't fix it we'll need to take a more extensive look into this.

Error makes it impossible for me to play Apex

  1. It’s unplayable for me to play Apex I play on ps4 and i keep getting this dumb error code 

CE-34878-0  i tried everything i tried deleting the app and redownloading it and i tried wiping everything off my ps4 and nothing works i asked my friends if they get this error code and they say no i don’t understand how come i’m in the middle of a game and the error codes takes me out the whole game like i’m wanna but the battlepass and etc but i can’t do that it i’m just gonna keep getting a error code over and over again i need solutions or something has to be fixed to the game my psn name is :oldplayboicarti
