CE-34878-0 error code only on Apex

Tried everything still can't load game now it's on season 3 and I still lost it all.

@Noisyboy_84016 The same thing is happening to me. I have tried literally everything to fix it. Nothing works.

My apex legends game will not work. I have tried everything from restarting my PlayStation, to deleting the game, to trying different PS4 and nothing will work. I’ve contacted PlayStation and nothing helped. I don’t know what to do.

Does the game crash on you under a different PSN ID? This way we can see if it's related to a specific account setting.

I dropped 40 bucks on this game. Battle pass cosmetics. I've been kicked out of over 100+ games at this point. I've barely played the new season. I really hope something gets fixed, I'm not even going to renew my ps+ subscription.

Is it crashing on you or are you talking about disconnections?

Back in Season 01 there was an issue with some cosmetic skins and banners causing crashes. Did you make any purchases from the store for this season prior to when the crashes started happening?

Can you go to each Legend and check which skin they have and either write it down or record a clip of you navigating each one, then change all the skins to the default skin and try loading a game? If you can get into a game, we can at least narrow down the possibility it's related to a cosmetic.

I can get as far as drop ship. At about 3 seconds left to drop the game freezes and crashes.

Thanks. Have you tried power cycling, re-initializing, and reinstalling the game as well on PS4?
