@EA_LannaI was missing the “My Way Or The Highway Vest” and my daughter was missing both that and “The Heartbreaker Jacket” We are both on IPhone. The update is the most recent yes, The Sweet Treat Showdown update. I always update as soon as the update becomes available and my daughters updates are automatic. We both got stuck at the park in the event bug that turned everything into starred tasks and both of us showed the 0s clock without a way to get out without paying 30 Sims cash. Hope that clears it up a bit. We both received the free pack replacing the items and all of those items showed up as was intended.

There was a more recent in-game update that should prompt you a free pack. Have you seen that?
