Buying cartel coins issue

Hello,

i've been trying to buy cartel coins using the "pay with mobile payment" method but i keep receiving error(redirection strategy error) saying "Boku redirection strategy error: Boku is disabled for the current context".

was this option completly removed? i wouldn't think it's the case since then it wouldn't even show up, right?

or is it some technical issue? if so how can i fix it?

Remove all payment methods on both the EA  and swtor account then re-add the payment method to swtor

i tried that but it  didn't change the outcome, still receiving the same error. i remember last time i tried to pay with this method it went without a problem and i successfully payed and received the cartel coins. this is the first time this error pops up

Are you sure the EA/origin account you removed the payment method from is linked to the swtor account ? they need to be the linked accounts
