Buy now in HUT

How often does the bug occur? Every time
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buying HUT players using buy it now option
What happens when the bug occurs?

When I try to buy a player from auction house by pressing "buy now" I get an error code:

Failed to retrieve data; please try again later.

Error code: B7DD78AF2E5CF67-0000000000009999-4E815F564128F6BB

What do you expect to see? To be allowed to buy a player
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online
Insert Game Mode or Feature here NHL HUT
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) All the time - every time I try to buy a player using buy it now
What is your time zone? GMT+1
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? L37iam
PS4 Crash Reporting: No crash report, just error code from EA
What is your game language? English

I have tried to delete the game + all data three times.

I do manage to bid on players, but never "buy now"

What can I do to fix this?

Seems to be when i try to buy silver players. I can buy gold players fine
