Bugged account - PS4

Hello, after 2 years of having my game uninstalled, i finally decided to get back onto Apex, and i met an unpleasant surprise : I have access to my lvl 135 account but cannot access and use skin and have lost my unloacked legends. And i cannot access the Season, Legends, Equipement and Store pages on my game. I'm on PS4.

Hey @CharaNix,

This sounds like your account may have been unlinked at some point since you were last playing.

Is there another EA account you may have used in the past? You can try re-linking the original account to see if that clears this up, as it can happen when unlinking an account with Apex, as described below.

If you're not able to re-link the original accounts you can try reaching out to support directly to see if they're able to assist.

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.  

Otherwise, if that doesn't get things fixed up you'll want to follow along in our bug report thread here, where we're tracking the issue and will provide any other updates as we have them.
