Bug with restoring game

★ Novice
So it started with a bug with the nightclub. I purchases it and then it locked again.

So EA said one of the options was to delete my game and re install it. So i did just that. When i got the option to restore my game from the cloud, i did. But the game continued with the tutorial with the new sim.
I then deleted it again and re-installed it again.
It then continued with the tutorial but with my first sim (generation 1) who is an elder now and i have the same level as before and have all my stuff and furniture again in storage, not my old house.

Whats is happening?? I cant even finish the tutorial because they wont let me complete a furniture pack because i already completed it in my old game.

Sorry if the story is a bit vague but the situation is just really weird!

Re: Bug with restoring game

Sounds like something went wrong with your back up. Best thing I can suggest is going back to EA to have it checked out.

You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

If this fails for some reason, or you can't access The Sims Mobile app.

You can contact EA through this link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

If you want to do so in a different language you can choose your country of choice in the upper right-hand corner.

You can also choose to contact an EA game advisor through social media:
