Bug, sound issues

1. I'm having some difficulties with the sound in game, I play on ps4 and in game there's been for a couple days a bug which happens with sounds behind me, I usually ear footsteps, dialogues, shots and since that "bug" I can't listen to any of that from behind... How can I fix? I would really appreciate any help or advice..., thank you!!

I fond the way to fix this... After some testing and searching, I found that the mono "headset" that comes with the ps4 causes that sound "bug"!
