Bug report submit button error

The submit button on the section report bug doesn't work properly. I tried to report a bug at least 5 times, but it doesn't work out. I have field everything every single time.
It won't let me submit one either. I don't even get the "submit" button to appear. I've tried in two different browsers and no submit button. I keep hitting preview and nothing happens. No errors, all the fields are filled out, but no "submit" button would appear so I could submit.
Please, delete this dumb website build. Start from scratch with a whole new help site.
@Whatelse73 You need to make sure all boxes, including the "additional information" box is filled in fo the submit button to appear.
