Bug | Seasons Tasks Pinned and Cant do tasks anymore

Hi im having issues with the app. I am using iOS device since the app does not reflect as compatible on my android. 

1. there’s this prompt about “asking to know more about Seasons task” that is pinned on the upper left corner of the screen. It was just there, I cant remove it even if I reinstalled the app so many times.

2. I can no longer click on Events and do tasks with my sim. When I click on an Event, it is not doing anything. I can’t progress.

3. Since the prompt on #1 appears, the #2 also happened and I can no longer purchase a land extension. 

Seems like the app is no longer working as normal like before. I already lost my level 22 account due to this. Please help.

I guess so. I lost my account level 24 due to this. Sadly. Yeah. But regret that the issue was a bug and I regret losing that account. But yeah, thanks
