Bug - No Apex Pack after Level UP‎ [ Edited ]

Four or five instances where after leveling up, did not receive an apex pack for the level up.

The exp bar just increases to the next level and then brings you back to the lobby with no apex pack.

After a certain level you no longer get Apex packs for levelling up.

I thought that might be why, but, I'm only lvl 28 and it happened when I was at lower levels as well

It happens @20 or so
