Bronze Ranked Que Completely Ruins Bringing New Players In

I have a friend that hasn't had a PC for months and is level 100 on Apex.. He decided he wanted to play ranked after getting his new PC. I made a new account so I could play with him with out forcing him to que with platinum players and we are still waiting for que to pop after 30 minutes... Ranked System is flawed if we cant even get in a match to get out of the league that is having the que issues.... Just very sad... with out people dropping tiers you end up with no one in the top and bottom tiers ruining the climb experience.... Disappointed..... Mine as well tell new players to go F them selves.....
