Broken ranked matchmaking

I waited almost 1hr but still i dint get any ranked match it was matchmaking the whole time

What region are you from and which datacenter are you connecting to?

Does your matchmaking time improve if you change the datacenter?

@EA_Blueberry I am from asia (India), and i connect to singapore(SG1,SG2) datacentre.

No, changing the datacentre doesn't help me.

A bunch of us have been reporting this problem for months now. It is impossible to connect to Singapore servers from India on Xbox. It worked fine at one time and then all of a sudden it was impossible to connect to those servers (possibly because of an inadvertent bug via an update). And it’s been months now.

This original thread (of which you were a part too), now has nearly 650 views. I’ve tried contacting EA everywhere they maintain an online presence. I’m at my wit’s end. Please help us.
