Broken and * matchmaking (lazy devs?)

When do you plan to fix broken matchmaking, because as a new player, it is not fun to play against somebody who has more than 1000 hours of playtime? This is seen especially for Heroes VS Villians mode. Stop being lazy and do something about it already!
