Brand new laptop Low fps

This laptop should have no problem running this game  1660ti 16 gig ddr4   I have PLENTY OF fps until I get to the character screen, it drops to 30s fps, My other games I have played reinstalled do not have this problem?

@Huntnwabits check if the game is running on your integrated gpu, you can do that in task manger, performance tab.

@g1g2_mozo yes I did, Its fixed now, guess the new pc didn't like the new graphics driver, went back to old one works fine now ty
