Brand New Ufc 3 game

Hello, i received a brand new copy of Ufc 3 on christmas. I put it in my playstation and it installed the game. Then i booted up the game and kept hearing my ps4 fan turning up loud then silent then loud again. Then a message poped up on my screen saying the game cant play and to clean my disc. The game disc is a mirror reflection and dont understand why it cant be read or played. My parents bought it on black friday. I was thinking i have a defective disc and need a new one. I have no idea how to play ufc 3.
