Hi there. I have a bit of an issue it seems. I purchased my kids a copy of battlefield V each and they can not play online at all.. It won't let them go online but I believe this to be an issue with there Date of birth attached to there origin account meaning they have a underage account. I have spent days trying to change there date of birth on origin as it says you can age up an account but I have being unsuccessful so far. I think this may have summit to do with me using a different email address on my adult account to there origin and Microsoft accounts... Any help would be gratefully appreciated...
