I have the same problem, fifa points dont appear in the game and when i bought them in play station store. EA adviser doesnt come thru, is there an email adress i could send my problem so they could try help me fix it?

There's no mail address for billing issues such as this, you'll need to use the Live Chat or Call to speak with an EA Adviser.

I have the same problem, I did it an hour ago and I am still waiting to be activated.. what should I do? who should I contact? why is this so complicated, why everyone has thee problems, it's very annoying, I regret so much buying it..

Not just the fifa points problem that I paid for and didn't add to my credit, but also when I want to buy golden or promo packs, I pick the payment through fifa points, and it asks me:

"You currently don't have enough fifa points, do you want to add fifa points?"

I click on yes and it say:

"There is no content.

it might not be for sale yet, or might no longer for sale"

Can someone explain all these??
