Hi Team, this is Jon aka MasterLordParry, player ID 178-176-955, earlier this evening around 2100hrs, i attempted to use crystals to give myself an extra go on dark side hard 5c to get am extra few shards of Bastilla Shan (BS), along with additional energy to do it. Prior to trying to obtain additional goes i had over 500 crystals (593 i believe), then when i tried to complete the in game transaction it wouldnt let me, therefore i tried again and had the same result, this occured a further 4/5 times before the game had to be reset and to my confusion and annoyance i still didnt have any energy or possible goes on the BS hard level, however it didnt take the crystal amount down to 50 ish crystal. I was very disappointed to see this and as a result i was unable to complete my 600 energy as requested by my guild leader. Please can you investigate thjs issue and return the crystals to me. I look forqard to your assistance.
