Blurred vision. Possible a bug?

My game is usually running at 45-60 fps everytime i play it. But suddenly i discovered an option where you can make the game to hold a strict number of fps where i typed 60. Also in order to do that i needed to enable TSAA option. Using this 2 options are making my vision blurred...I can'T HAVE A clean vision further than, to say 100m with this option ON. I even tried to switch the field of view which was on default at 90. Any ideas how to fix it and sustain that option in order to have 60 fps everytime? Or is the game which has problems?

Did you read the description of that option? You don't get those extra fps by magic. It reduces the game's resolution dynamically to hit the designated fps. So your game is being rendered at lower resolution to have 60 fps, hence the blurry image.
