Bluescreens.

★★ Novice

So, I'm getting a bluescreen after 5-15 minutes of gameplay, no matter what I'm playing, as for me last time i played was single player for 3 minutes and BSOD'd.

Searched up a solution on this forums but did not find anything, Yesterday I got fps drops from 30-200 constantly after that  2 bluescreens, that's why I took a look at my windows version, Noticed that I was running version 1803. > updated to 1809.

Fps drops gone, but bluescreens are still happening.

Today I came back hoping not to bluescreen, well I was hoping too much.

Attached DxDiag

You likely need hardware support from your hardware manufacturer but there a few things you can maybe try:

  • Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
  • Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
  • If your RAM is in two modules/sticks rather than one, you could remove one and see if you still get bluescreens; If you do, swap them and check again. This is a relatively easy way to check if one of your RAM sticks is faulty and the fix is straightforward.

Battlefield v is crashing my computer

★ Novice

I’ve been having this issue since beta, at first i thought it was my computer but now can confirm that it is only the game. I can play anywhere between 10min-1 hour before my computer blue screens. Its a system service exception code or irql no less or equal. Ive done a ddu driver reload, ive check my ram for issues, and ive watched my temps all seems about normal while playing. I’ve had this computer for a year with no problems until i get this damn game.
