Blocking when entering the first match after the game is fully loaded

I played 2-3 matches, but due to the fact that I started playing until the game was fully established, there was ping and I decided to wait until it was fully established. Now the textures are fully established and I decided to go in and play, and that's what I got at the entrance to the match :' )

Can I find out the reason for the block, I played only 3 matches (this season) while the game was loading
