@xxzombie2121xx What steps have you done already trying to solve this?

Some weird workaround might be:

So I ran into this issue on Xbox. What I figured out is that while I’m loaded into the game, my screen is not. In looking for a workaround, I found out that if you press A(X on PS), you will select assault class and be loaded into the game. Listen for noises that give you an indication the game has started, aim down, toss a grenade at your feet, hold the R2 to bleed out quicker, and BAM your screen is back.
