Black screen on PS4 startup

I am having an issue on my PS4 (digital edition) where the game hangs on a black screen after the network connection screen. I've left it sitting for 10 minutes and nothing happens.

I've tried deleting the download and re-downloading/installing twice. All other games work fine on my PS4's external harddrive, and the network connection is fine.

I see this issue has happened on the Steam version but nothing for PS4 yet. Any help?

Hey @Bswb  Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps.  

How to power cycle:

1. Completely turn off the PS4 by holding the power button.
2. Wait for the power light to stop flashing, then remove the power cable and leave the PS4 system for 20 minutes.
3. Reconnect the PS4 system and turn it on.
