Black screen SWBFII

Hi, a few days ago I bought this game because it looked great, so when I started it I had this problem that when I start the game the screen goes black, I tried to solve it by contacting the support twice which I tried what they told me but not it worked

This is what I tried

-Uninstall the game and reinstall it

- Clear the cache completely

-Have the drivers to the latest version

-Remove all programs with Overlay

-Rebooting my computer

-In the files put of GstRender.EnableDx12 0
to GstRender.EnableDx12 1

-Remove Origin and reinstall it

-Move the document folder to the desktop

-Execute Origin as Administrator and also the game

-Repair the game in Origin

-Check for updates on Origin

Note: I realized that it is not a screen problem since I can open the console without any problem, but nothing else appears on the screen

I also noticed that this bug happened between December 17 and December 18 (since I spent hours in the forums) but it seems that they have already "fixed it"

If anyone knows something that could help I would greatly appreciate it

Can you upload a dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have. 

On "-In the files put of GstRender.EnableDx12 0to GstRender.EnableDx12 1" 

Can you turn it back to 0 - that should turn of DX12.
