Black flickering glitching smoke fumes

Summarize your bug Ok this happens with all tank sections in the game, it's either dust or smoke that are glitching as very black glitched clouds that are very visible
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? IDK lol maybe this is due to HDR?
What happens when the bug occurs? It shows black pieces of gliching cloud
What should be happening instead? I guess dust particles and maybe some sort of smoke

Well that particular cloud or dust keeps on flickering even while paused, it also does that while playing and it's very black.

This also happens during other campaign missions with only the tanks it seems to happen.

Tested without HDR and same thing happens,it's weird this has gone unnoticed for this long.

Reinstalled the game from disc, no updates applied, (set the XB1 to offline)and there no longer is an issue.So this is an issue with whatever was updated in the 40+GB PATCH
while this was fixed with downgrading tge game.Man gaming really went * backwards.

Got same issue and I'm on PC!

I tried mulltiple settings, including DX11 and DX12.
Nothing is helping. I'll try to reinstall the game like you said.

After reinstalling the game I still have same effect:

Please take a look at this picture. The smoke is flickering even if I pause the game.
