I want to add this pictures too because even if my configuration is too slow this is not okay and playable.

Also all my settings are at the lowest and i have tried repairing the game.

same problem, also running a i5 6600k and gtx 970, game runs fine sometimes but i get these black squares covering the map and screen flicker
bumping this thread to make respawn devs see this pls help, i wanna enjoy your game so bad but i cant

I had the same problem. Go to video settings in the game and set it to "windowed" from fullscreen. Close the game and relaunch and it's gone. ONLY works if u do that every single time you open the game tho :/. 

Note: you can change it back to full screen after launching in windows mode you just have to repeat the steps everytime.
