Black Screen and Crash to Desktop

Whenever i start the game, i get a Black Screen. When i do nothing i stays forever, but if i hit the ESC Button i get to the main Menu. Cant do anything there sadly because when i hit any of the Buttons i get a Crash to Desktop with an Window that says:
"Petroglyph crash report
The game has encountered an error and is unable to continue
A crash report will be generated to help us resolve this issue"

I tried so far:

Clean reboot
Validating gamedata
New Instalation on another SSD
changing the Resolution in the CONQUER.INI to 1920x1080

Starting the game as Admin

That might be your best chance finding something that might work. Please note: this issue may not have the same solution for all users.

Try checking that your Graphics Card actually supports DirectX 11 specifically.

Still the ame Problem with 1 Change.

After the Last Patch there is only the Black Screen, No Main Menü after htting ESC.
