Black Screen When Launching NFS

Hello! I bought this game for my boyfriend and he's having trouble launching the game.

We've done all the troubleshooting stuff! We've deleted both DX12 files and still nothing. It's quite literally a black screen when he launches the game.

MotherBoard: ASUS ROG Maximus XII Hero

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 - ASUS TUF

CPU: Intel Core i9-10850K 10-Core 3.6GHz

Memory: 32 GB

OS: Windows 10

I do not believe it's a requirements issue but just incase I put his specs here !!

You will not get any help from EA. They made money on us and now they leave everyone with an issue aside!

And y'all continue to give them money.   I've been watching EA do this for over 30 years.  That's why I got the 10 hour demo just to watch it load to a black screen and sit there. 

I didn't spend a penny. 

Stop giving this abysmal company money and let them d*e.

@CheChiiron Hi, did you try to optimize setting via GeForce Experience app? Did you try lower or higher GPU driver version? Did you also try repair or reinstall game? Sometimes changing installation drive could help. Did you check Event viewer, if there are some errors?
