Battle Pass removed?

Im having an issue on xbox where when I go into the battlepass tab it says I got to tier 20 but neither pressing B to close it or A to continue do anything and it leaves me stuck in the battlepass tab and I have to restart my app.

I don’t even know what level my battle pass is at, and once i click on the battle pass i can’t go anywhere else and i am not even able to buy anything. I have also deleted it and redownloaded it twice. I already bought the battle pass but i just want to be able to use it and be able to buy things again
