I am having problems with connecting to a STAR WARS Battlefront II online match due to error 216. It is not a teporarily problem like already mentioned (e.g: "I played STAR WARS Battlefront II for more than two weeks and now i cannot connect to any matchmaking"). For me it does not help if i restart my router or pc or all basic tipps for basic troubleshooting in general because all my digital devices are protected in my home network by a selfmade firewall (made with iptables on linux). And therefore i do not create a firewall that suits my demands for security and then activate UPnP just to play STAR WARS Battlefront II or to allow all possible devices and be protected as one can be sitting on the toilet behind a glass door. To solve my problems I use a program that listens to all outgoing connections and assigns them to their programs. It gives me a bunch of IPs that I all included in my firewall (I included the certain Ips with their ports and did not allow thes ports in generall). After a time the programm resulted in displaying this ip: 159.153.64.176:44325. As the port list for STAR WARS Battlefront II does not include ANY ports higher than 42200 which theoretically means that this Ip does not belong to STAR WARS Battlefront II after just a little research i found out that this ip can be reached with the hostname gosca.ea.com which means it belongs to at least to EA, what does not directly mean that it belongs to STAR WARS Battlefront II. And the i drew the conclusion that EA does not have the competence to display at least all the used port ranges when they dont want to publicate all their ips for which reason they do not want to do so. And now I ask every on who has the same problem as me or does not want to allow all ports for any game to collect a list of IPs that belong to STAR WARS Battlefront II.
P.S. the Program is not finished by now but I might publish it when it is.

Sorry to her about what's happening and all the trouble you've been going through to get connected.
We've seen this method work for others. Can you try going into Arcade mode and then try going to Multiplayer to see if you can connect?
