Battlefront 2 won't load campaign [ Edited ]

Hello. I recently purchased and installed this game. The game is completely upto date. However I cannot load the campaign. Everything else plays fine but when I click on start campaign, it hangs on the loading screen. I've sat for 10mins to see if it was just slow but still no joy. 

Any suggestions please?

Hey @J-4m35-H 

I assume you weren't able to start the singleplayer campaign at all so far? 

Can I ask if you've tried to restore the licences or clear the game's data on your console? Ultimately, you can also try to reinstall the game.
