I have the game fully downloaded, and pre-ordered the deluxe edition however when I launch the game, it only has the option for the arcade mode and the launch full game button is at 0% and grayed out. EA sent me the following troubleshooting steps and I've done it multiple times to no avail.
1. First, make sure you can view hidden files and folders: And for that: a. Hit the Start button (or press Win + X for Windows 10). b. Click on Control Panel. c. Click on Appearance and Personalization, then Folder Options. d. Click the View tab. e. Under Advanced settings, click Show hidden files and folders, and click OK to save the change. 2. If Origin is running, close it by clicking Origin in the menu bar then Exit. 3. Click Start, then Computer, then double-click (C to open the C:\ drive 4. Open the ProgramData folder, then the Origin folder, and delete all the files and folders inside it except for LocalContent. 5. Go back to C:\: a. Open the Users folder, b. Open the folder with your username, c. Open AppData, d. Then Roaming, e. Then Origin And then Delete all the files and folders inside. 6. Go back to the AppData folder: a. Open the Local folder, b. Open the Origin folder And then Delete all the files and folders inside. After that 1. Log into the Origin client. 2. Go to the Diagnostics menu tab in Origin > Application Settings. 3. Toggle the button to 'ON' to enable the option Safe mode downloading. Restart origin >>1.Go to your Game Library in the Origin client. 2.Right-click the game tile. 3.Select Repair. |

It turns out I don't even have the trial mode. Seems its stuck in the mode where when you are downloading it it says it is "Playable"
