Summarize your bug I lost progress for troopers and heroes. All their rank went to 37 from 200/300/400. All enforcement etc went to 21. Troopers all 69.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 18:30
In what game mode did the bug occur? Heroes vs. Villains
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know how. I just logged in to play and saw the ranks.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game is fully playable. Only the ranks lowered.
What do you expect to see? My ranks after 2100 hours in game going back to normal.

This is a serious issue. Try to reach EA directly, I think it'll be better for this case. You may tag EA_Staff here as well, but contacting them directly is usually faster.

I haven't had any solution since weeks.  @Agokas79  did EA answered you? Anyone knows if this is being fixed?
