Battlefront 2 no display signal

★ Novice

When I try to open Battlefront 2 my screen will go black and then my monitor will display no signal. I can still hear the game and talk through discord but I get no video output. We I restart my computer I do not see the motherboard splash screen or windows but I know windows boots because my rgb profiles turn on and my camera starts using windows hello. The only way that I have been able to fix this is swapping out my graphics card and reinstalling windows. When I swap out my graphics card I see the motherboard splash screen and windows in what looks like 800x600 but my screen quickly displays no signal. I can still see my motherboard splash screen and get into my bios on the second graphics card but not the first. Low resolution mode does not work, but booting into safe mode works but even if I set my resolution to 800x600 I still can't see windows. I have disabled discord overlay and GeForce experience overlay but the game has only booted on time successfully. Thank you for any help!

My Specs:

GPU: 3090
2nd GPU: 3060 ti
Motherboard: Gigabyte x570 xtreme
RAM: 128gb at 3600mhz
Storage: Corsair MP600 m.2 and 16tb 7200rpm Seagate HDD

Your GPU may not be active while playing, the following should help:

  1. Make 100% sure your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output
  2. Open the nvidia Control Panel
  3. Click Manage 3D settings
  4. Click the Program Settings tab
  5. Click the Add button
  6. Select the game from the list or click browse and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\STAR WARS Battlefront\starwarsbattlefront2.exe
  7. Select starwarsbattlefront2.exe and then Open
  8. Customise individual settings if you like
  9. Exit nvidia control panel and try playing.

Please try this and let us know if you are good to go.

Battlefront 2 - Intel Driver error

★★★ Newbie

Hi all,

I'm looking for some help. Bought a new computer to play Battlefront II free on Epic Games Store.  Loaded Origin and the Battlefront however, BF2 will not open now and keeps saying update the intel Driver to XX.XX.15.48 or later.  I have checked with intel on driver and all is up to date and they have never heard of this driver?

Any help appreciated :-)
