Battlefront 2 error code 216

Hi in another topic is solution from this guy ZzZerks..

Found a solution! There was always such a window with error 216. The decision is primitive and long, but it works. How do I solve the problem:
1) I go to the game
2) I choose any script mode of the arcade
3) After playing, I leave the arcade mode and start the network game
4) I run in 100% of cases
The next time you enter the game, repeat steps 2 through 3.
It's even a kind of warm-up, it suits me. I hope you will help. Good luck in the battles!

Hello... I have the same issue.. tried everything from reinstalling game, to disabling processes, enabling protocols..
My configuration is:
Win 10 PRO 64bit MSI gaming pro carbon motherboard
CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-5960X Processor Extreme Edition (20M Cache, up to 3.50 GHz)
GPU:Nvidia Gforce GTX 1080 Net
Speed test PING ms 0 DOWNLOAD Mbps 86.30 UPLOAD Mbps 69.35

Sometimes it works but most of the times I receive error 216.
Connecting with friends didn't worked once.

Hi guys, this is killing me and my sons pc gameing.

Only happens with swbf2. I have updated router firmware, i also contacted my isp, they unblocked every single tcp port. they also disabled some sort of auto nat for console gameing, as I am on PC.

Both computers have a fresh install of bf2, 

I have followed the guides, ther are no tcp ports to enable on my router, bf2 is enabld in firewall. 

anyone help please.

Also this issue has only started since the anakin update. we were playing fine before.

load into arcade mode solo just so that it loads the game and you can exit immediately. Now load the multiplayer you want, this works for me. at least for galactic assault and capital supremacy. no more error code 216

This is still a problem mid 2020 as well. Honestly surprised how bad the support is.

This "arcade mode" bug does work though. So that's at least something.
