Battlefront 2 deluxe/pre-order not showing up - Disc PS4

I pre-ordered Battlefront 2 from Best Buy. I order the deluxe edition and I redeemed the code on psn. I logged onto battlefront and the deluxe/pre-order loot crates were not in the loot crate section. I'm not sure why its not showing up. I only got the daily crate, founders crate, and I don't remember the third. How can I solve this problem? I even deleted the game and reinstalled it and it still didn't work. I tried re-typing the code from the box and it says I redeemed it already.
