Battlefront 2 Won't start [ Edited ]

Please help me, I buy the game yesterday, the game freeze, its unplayble, some times a black screen, or just freeze on loading screen, my laptop its up to date, I play games like Wolfenstein 2 in max, windows 10. I have heard that it is a problem for several gamers.

I re download the game, nothing, its very annoying.

Hey, we'd need the full report, you can attach it as a file. 

The CPU for your system appears to be fine, but the graphics card can be a more important bottleneck, especially for modern graphically-intensive games.
