Battlefield V update issue

On Xbox one. Unable to select update or press RT and go on line.  Unable to play online since Friday   Been through all the fault advise ie hard drive space hard restart etc

Hey @Boo7666,

Have you tried going to your Network Settings ---> Advanced Settings ---> Alternate MAC Address ---> and Clear?

I would recommend doing a hard reset on your Console after doing this.
