Battlefield V unable to connect to EA servers

I pre ordered Anthem on February 10 2019 and on the day of release I haven’t been able to access the game I’ve looked up many ways to fix the problem tried everything but nothing works, I payed 85 dollars for this game and was so excited to play. It’s weird because apex and madden19 both work fine.
