Battlefield V running far bellow expected on a tank of a PC

Computer Components:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6800K CPU @ 3.40GHz (12 CPUs), ~3.4GHz

Memory: 32768MB RAM

Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti

Samsung SSD 950 PRO 512GB

Problem: Achieving a maximum of 46 fps while trying to play Battlefield V on low graphics settings

Previous actions taken:

-Cleaned drive

-cleaned origin cache

-uninstalled reinstalled game and origin

-ran usind dxr 11 and 12 

Talked to EA support and they had no solution for me, except to post this on here hoping a developer will get in contact with me.

Sorry for the late reply. Do you have the Windows 10 1809 (October) update installed?

It is possible your GPU is not actually being used when you play.

Make sure your display is connected to your video card and not your motherboard and then follow these steps:

1. Open the nvidia Control Panel
2. Click Manage 3D settings
3. Click the Program Settings tab
4. Click the Add button
5. Select the game from the list or click browse and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield V\bfv.exe
6. Select bfv.exe and then Open
7. Customise individual settings if you like
8. Exit nvidia control panel and try playing.

Hello! I dont have any video outputs from my motherboard.(ASUS x99-Aii) and the graphics car is under full load when playing the game

Hello feastmode69, did your topic get resolved? Are you able to actually play?

It seems that I have a similar issue - only using worse graphics card (1050Ti) and thus getting even worse results (best I could get was 20FPS on low).
