Battlefield V - Digital Download PC

I just received my game package box with a digital download certificate inside.

I purchased via Amazon, and the package was sealed. 

the certificate has installation for CD - Origin - Third party Download.

Third party download - say contact the people you purchased from and they will instruct you on how to download. Well I contacted Amanzon and they told me to contact Origin.

Any help on how to download the installation file for the game.
